TRAFFIC ADVISORY AND ROAD CLOSURE

   

ROAD CLOSURE STARTS AT                         4:30 AM

OPEN                                                                    1:00 PM

ROADS TO BE CLOSED FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC:

-          First Mactan – Mandaue Bridge ( 1^st bridge)

-         The left portion of MLQ National Highway-Pajo, from 1^st bridge junction facing towards Marcelo Fernan Bridge (2^nd bridge) up to Airport Junction.

-        The whole stretched of National Rd. from Airport Junction up to Punta Engño, Mangal/Discovery Bay.

-          Mactan Circumferential Rd. from Mactan Junction up to Marigondon Crossing.

-          Marigondon Crossing, the whole stretched of Basak-Marigondon Rd. and Maximo V. Patalinghug  Ave. and 1^st Bbridge.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE IN GOING TO OR COMING FROM THE AIRPORT (MCIAA)

-         Marcelo Fernan Bridge (2^nd bridge) is open to all motorists coming from Mandaue City to Airport (MCIAA) or from Airport to Mandaue City or Cebu City, vice - versa.

-        All motorists were advised to follow directional and informative signage installed on the roads/streets during the RACE and leave as early as possible or before the road closure especially HOTEL GUESTS who has/had flight to catch to the Airport.

-        All trucks, trailers, delivery vans and trucks, cargo trucks or dump trucks are advised not to travel during the race until the road closure is being lifted.

-        Sewage motumbo road to Sangi Junction, traversing MVP. AVE. for Motorists bound to Public Market and Cordova.
